GFD Groups Miami continues the legacy of Gerald DeMarco, who established his practice in Miami in 1981. With a loyal team, DeMarco & Associates became a renowned company in Miami. In 2020, Gerald DeMarco passed his practice to Jacqueline James, Ph.D., P.E., and Dorota Lopez, M.Arch, C.G.C., forming GFD Groups Miami. Today, the women-owned company integrates new technology and systems while maintaining the principles that made DeMarco & Associates successful.
